Normanton Park is an exciting luxury condominium development by Kingsford Huray Development, coming up in Kent Ridge within the Queenstown Planning Area. The 99-years leasehold project will soon be launching, with an expected TOP date somewhere in the second quarter of 2023.
The large scale property comprises nine 24-storey blocks of 1,840 flat units and 22 strata terrace units, with one side of the property directly facing Kent Ridge Park and another side facing the Singapore Science Park One. The site is strategically positioned between several recreational spots in the area, with wide spanning panoramic views reaching all the way to the sea.
Taking advantage of the nearby parks and stunning natural landscapes in the area, the property was designed to flow with the surrounding greenery, with tall residential towers meant to look like trees, to be admired even from a far distance. The developers also made sure to maximise on the internal landscape by keeping the development’s site coverage to a minimum so that residents can truly feel one with nature.
Developers
Kingsford Huray Development Pte Ltd was first incorporated in 2017 as an exempt private subsidiary of Kingsford Development Pte Ltd, which itself is a subsidiary of Kingsford Group focussing on the Singapore residential market. With the mission to produce top quality homes and provide customer service of equal excellence, Kingsford hopes to be a reputable and beneficial force in real estate and to the community at large.
Their first dip into the local property market was with Kingsford Hillview Peak, an apartment complex comprising three blocks and 512 units, located at Hillview Rise. They, then, quickly moved on to Kingsford Waterbay, a 1,165-unit residential development in Upper Serangoon View, made up of condominiums, strata terraces, semi-detached units, and a commercial block.
Normanton Park is their third foray into the local residential scene and is set to be the most impressive of the lot.
