Agency fees depends on how we are engaged.

If you are a buyer purchasing a brand-new home directly from a developer that PropertyGiant is officially marketing, there are no agency fees payable by you.

Similarly, if you are purchasing a property that is exclusively listed with PropertyGiant, buyers generally do not pay agency fees.

Agency fees apply when we are formally appointed to represent you. Whether as a seller marketing your property, or as a buyer’s agent sourcing, negotiating, and structuring a purchase on your behalf.
