After graduating from college with a degree in finance, Elgin decided to play it safe and spent almost a decade working in asset-based financing for one of the local banks. The bank’s market share increased throughout his service, and he often exceeded his KPI even though the market was tiny and competitive. Before he left, he was a senior manager overseeing a portfolio worth about $500 million.

It was after investing in his first home in Singapore, which yielded a six-figure return in under two years, that Elgin realised he wanted to devote his time to having a career in Singapore's real estate industry. So far, he has experience as an owner, investor, landlord, and tenant, giving him a unique perspective that helps him better serve his clients.
