Inspired by the dynamic geometry of the land, both units are designed to carry unique characteristics while maximising its positive spatial attributes and functional usage. Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete cladded volume is a distinct feature that floats atop a linear volume of masonry and glass expression and anchors the main geometry of the house, echoing the geometry of the party wall.

To enhance geometric order of the form and spaces, a planar screen slides into the fold of the double volume. The screen and the oblique windows offers privacy to the bedrooms while aligning to catch the prevailing South-east winds.
