If there is one advice that she would like to give her clients, it would be that they should prepare themselves thoroughly before their purchase. Anyone interested to buy a property should do proper research to know which unit is most suitable for them, do financial calculation carefully to make sure they can afford to buy it and prepare an exit plan just in case the worst possible outcome happens. But most important of all, Lucia said that potential buyers should engage a good and competent agent that can help with you and your venture into buying your property.
